Understanding fractionals

Go Deep.
Surface + Rest.
Go Deeper.

Ibogaine is usually given as a single, intensive dose, often called a flood dose. At Beond, we’ve developed another way: our proprietary compounding fractional dose strategy. Instead of one long session, you have several planned sessions at lower individual doses, with time between them to rest, reflect and work with your coach.

Each session builds on the last. The result is one connected experience, with room to understand what’s happening while it happens.

Chapter 1

How compounding fractionals work.

01

Not a microdose.
Not a flood.

A fractional is a medically supervised ibogaine session at a lower dose than a traditional flood dose. It is still a substantial medicine experience in its own right.

Flood dose

One large clinically safe primary dose, usually followed by a long recovery

Beond

Compounding fractionals

Multiple planned sessions, each a meaningful experience, designed to build on one another

Supplemental dose

An added dose given in relation to a primary treatment

Microdose

A very small amount meant to have little or no noticeable effect

02

Build, rest,
build again.

In Beond’s proprietary compounding protocol, your sessions are planned as one connected sequence. Between them, you recover and do the reflective work that helps each session matter more. Here’s what we’ve seen:

Faster recovery.

Guests often recover more quickly after a fractional session than after a flood dose, so they can take part in coaching and reflection between sessions.

Insight that builds.

Each session can build on the one before, so understanding develops over several days rather than all at once.

Substantial total medicine.

Each session uses a lower dose, but the cumulative dose across sessions usually equals or exceeds a single primary (or “flood”) dose.

Real experience behind it.

Beond has used compounding fractionals for more than a year, including in Beond Service for military veterans, across several hundred treatments.

Two ways to receive treatment

One full dose in a single session, or smaller doses spaced out with time to integrate between them.

Chapter 2

The experience

03

Present for your own journey.

A flood dose is often long and intense, often followed by extended recovery. Fractional sessions are often shorter, and in our experience guests recover more quickly between them.

That means you can stay engaged with your coaching, reflection and the rest of the week, rather than spending it recovering. Fractionals are most often significant experiences. How intense they feel, and how quickly you recover, varies from person to person and session to session.

04

Two journeys.
One story.

In Growth and Clarity, your two compounded fractional sessions have complementary intentions.

The first journey

Looking inward

An invitation to explore the patterns, beliefs and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world.

The second journey

Looking forward

An invitation to explore new possibilities, deeper connection, purpose and direction for the life you want to create.

The period between lets you reflect on what emerged in the first session, and carry new understanding and intention into the second.

These are invitations, not scripts. Your experience will always be uniquely your own.
Chapter 3

Integration and medical care

05

Integration starts on day one.

With fractionals, you don’t have to wait until treatment ends to begin making sense of it. Between sessions, you can reflect, meet privately with your coach and take part in carefully chosen experiential activities, so discovery and integration happen together.

At Beond, the medicine is one part of the experience. The preparation, coaching and reflection around it are designed to help you carry what you find into your life afterward.

06

Your care, your dose.

There is no “one size fits all” or fixed formula. Before approval, every guest completes a medical screening. On site our physicians then decide the proper dosing for you, based on your medical history, clinical findings, goals and how you respond. Every session takes place under strict licensed medical supervision, with monitoring through treatment and recovery.

What we know, and what we don't

We believe you should have the full picture.

  • Fractionals don’t remove ibogaine’s medical risks, including potentially serious cardiac liability. Eligibility, treatment and dosing are always medical decisions made only by our physicians and you.
  • More total medicine doesn’t necessarily mean better results or more safety.
  • The benefits on this page come from our clinical experience and what guests tell us. They are not conclusions from controlled comparative research.
  • Everyone’s experience is different, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Our experience across hundreds of compounded fractional treatments shapes how we plan, supervise and support every session, while recognizing that each guest’s needs are uniquely their own.
