Beond Service is a data-driven mental health optimization and neuroplasticity amplifier program designed specifically for veterans, first responders, and their families.
The program integrates clinical care, structured coaching, group-based work, and data-informed insights to create a system for meaningful and lasting change.
Each cohort moves through a structured process of preparation, an immersive on-site experience, and integration — supported by clinical staff, coaches, peers, and family.
Cohort 26-06 has completed its Beond Service journey in Cancun.
They arrived with a mix of hope, courage and uncertainty. Across their time together, we watched guardedness soften into trust, laughter, connection and a growing sense of possibility.

During ibogaine treatment and a wider program of mindfulness, breathwork, movement, somatic support, coaching and community, each participant found his own way into the work.
They left with a greater perspective, renewed hope and a clearer understanding of the work ahead.
Thank you to every member of the Beond Service team who held this journey with professionalism, compassion and care.

Participants move through four weeks of preparation with veteran coaches, medically supervised ibogaine treatment, cognitive rehabilitation and four weeks of integration — alongside family support and long-term outcome monitoring.
In a Stanford-led study for ibogaine treatment, veteran participants showed 88% reduction in PTSD symptoms, along with 87% reduction in depression and 81% reduction in anxiety.
No one moves through this process alone.
